flirting or just flattery...?

For this week’s Substack I’m shifting the discussion from my comfortable dining out vibe to shed light on a topic that seems to be a continuous debate amongst my social circles, as well as one within the current zeitgeist of modern dating. We’re going to *try* to answer this question; “Are Instagram story likes a form of flirting?”
